Do you ship throughout the United States? Yes! We specialize in shipping our premium wall art prints to all 50 states, including Alaska, Hawaii, and military addresses (APO/FPO).

How long will it take to receive my order? We work quickly to get your art onto your walls:

  • Handling Time: 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri).

  • Transit Time: 3–7 business days via standard carrier (UPS, FedEx, or USPS).

  • Total Delivery: You can typically expect your order within 4–9 business days.

What are the shipping costs?

  • Orders $80.00 and above: FREE Shipping.

  • Orders under $80.00: A flat rate of $9.00 will be applied at checkout.

💳 Orders & Payments

Which payment methods do you accept? We provide a secure checkout experience and accept all major providers: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and Apple Pay. Every transaction is SSL-encrypted for your security.

Can I cancel or change my order? Because we begin the printing and fulfillment process quickly, any changes or cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of purchase. Please email support@nameshoop.com immediately if you need to make an adjustment.

How do I track my order? As soon as your art is dispatched, we will send you an automated email with a Tracking Number and a direct link to the carrier’s website so you can monitor its journey.

🔄 Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy? We want you to love your space. If you aren't satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy. You may return your print in its original condition and packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (minus shipping costs for non-defective items).

What if my print arrives damaged? While we package our art securely, accidents can happen. If your item arrives damaged, please email us at support@nameshoop.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please include photos of the damage and the exterior packaging; we will prioritize a free replacement for you.

How long do refunds take? Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. The credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment.

What materials are used for the prints? We believe in quality that lasts. Our wall art is printed on heavyweight, acid-free archival paper using high-definition inks. This ensures vibrant colors and fine details that won't fade over time.

Are frames included? To give you the most flexibility in your decor, our prints are typically sold unframed (carefully rolled in protective tubes). This allows you to choose a frame that perfectly matches your home's aesthetic. Please check the specific product page for any "Ready to Hang" framed options.
