Currently, we focus exclusively on serving customers within the United States (all 50 states). By concentrating on the domestic market, we can ensure reliable tracking and consistent delivery quality.

2. Shipping Rates

We offer straightforward, transparent shipping rates based on your order total:

  • Orders under $80.00: $9.00 Flat Rate Shipping

  • Orders $80.00 and over: FREE Shipping

3. Delivery Timeline

We know you’re excited to decorate your space, so we work efficiently to get your art moving.

  • Order Cutoff Time: 5:00 PM (PST), Monday – Friday.

  • Handling Time: 1–2 business days (Monday – Friday). > Note: Orders placed over the weekend or on holidays will be processed the following business day.

  • Transit Time: 3–7 business days (Monday – Friday).

  • Total Estimated Delivery: You can expect your art to arrive within 4–9 business days after placing your order.

4. Our Carriers & Tracking

We partner with reliable carriers like UPS, FedEx, and USPS to guarantee safe passage for your prints. As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with a tracking link. You can follow your package’s journey every step of the way.

5. Important Details

  • Address Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. We want your art to reach you on the first try! If you spot an error, email us at support@nameshoop.com immediately.

  • Damaged or Lost Items: While we package our prints securely, accidents can happen during transit. If your art arrives damaged or goes missing, please contact us within 48 hours of the delivery date. We will prioritize a replacement for you.
